REFUND POLICY Effective March 2026

We stand behind every order. If something isn't right, we will make it right. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Pre-Orders

If you placed a pre-order and have not yet received your book, you may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before your order ships. Simply contact us with your order number and we will process your cancellation promptly. Once your pre-order has been marked as shipped, it follows our standard return policy below.

Physical Book Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your book must be unused and in its original condition, free of damage, markings, or excessive wear, and accompanied by your original order confirmation. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will send you a replacement copy or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Companion Journal

The companion journal follows the same return policy as the physical book. Bundle orders (book + journal) may be returned together or separately, provided both items meet the return conditions above.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will resolve it.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we have confirmed a fault on our end.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@dudewheresmywife.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days and will walk you through the next steps.
